A few weeks ago GBS Customer Steve Parker took his newly registered GBS GSXR1000 Zero to the dyno down at JEBs Performance Engineering Nr. Banbury. The car made a healthy 150bhp @ 11500rpm at the wheels!Steve bought his Zero kit from us in December last year, he had a slightly different Zero to the standard Zero from GBS. As it was using a Suzuki GSXR1000cc K4, it had a specially modified chassis enabling the Engine to be specifically built into the chassis as a stressed unit along with all the gear linkage and transmission, Taylor-made stainless steel exhaust 4-1 manifold, a lowered sump which gives an improved ground clearance over standard and baffled to prevent oil surge both manufactured in house by GBS. Steve is now enjoying his Zero on the Road and is looking forward to joining us on some Track Days soon.
