Having pranged the old man's car (doh!), it seemed more appropriate for me to have my own. So I bought my first car, for a tenner. Woo!
Of course, I went straight out and snapped the driveshaft.
However, the boys at the workshop did themselves proud. Having hammered out the dent in the Audi's boot, they then set about getting my wild Rover moving again using parts that they found "in a layby". Yay!

114-365 take a photo every day in 2009
I was walking past the scene of last weeks burnt out car (the one I missed) see photo 105-365. I noticed the sunlight hitting a piece of metal, it was the handle of a hammer (the fire had disintegrated the rubber grip). The surface fascinated me and I decided to take it home. I spent some time with different backgrounds, angles and light and while I think there is some mileage in this series it hasn’t quite happened, but what do you think?
